The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding you through the collections and offering personalized styling advice. The quality of the clothing is exceptional, with every piece exuding elegance and timeless style. For any type of event you need an outfit for, you can find it there. Whether it's for you, your husband, wife, or children, there's a vast variety of options to choose from with different shapes and sizes for all. Since my childhood, my mother has taken me to Von Maur, and to this day, I have the fondest memories and experiences there. Even the piano player, playing seasonal songs and making the entire shopping experience feel more luxurious and classy. It's such a beautiful store. While the prices are on the higher end, the investment is worth it for the luxurious experience and the enduring quality of the garments. The fabrics they carry are strong and durable but still light and comfortable. I highly recommend Von Maur to anyone seeking a truly special shopping experience. So nice and clean. Its nice to actually go shopping in a store that values respecting the customers. Jcpennies is rottening everywhere and you walk into Von Maur you can tell they really care about presentation. I love shopping here.

Lana at west Des is a great salesperson. She has exceptional customer service skills. She helped me with getting the best dress for my sister’s wedding. She’s very kind and helpful, knowledgeable of all the clothes in the store and online. She knows how to talk to a customer. You are lucky to have her.

I recently purchased my Mother of the groom dress at Von Maur and I can't say enough about the amazing service I received! Carissa was an absolute angel in helping me! She found the perfect dress for me and I am so grateful. I HIGHLY recommend Von Maur if you are looking for a formal or special event dress!! I had a wonderful experience there.

Beautiful new location at Jordan Creek Town Center, formerly at Valley West. They remodeled the former Younkers space to save serious $ rather than building out the still available final anchor space. So they lost their tall ceilings, massive back rooms and palatial restrooms but the new store is lux, feels like a step back in time to the peak age for department stores. Prices are high, so if you have time scan the code on your smartphone. I left one of two items I liked today because the online price was less than half. I’m ok with paying convenience prices but it wasn’t actually convenient this first big Christmas shopping weekend when VM was curiously understaffed for their 2nd weekend open. I especially appreciate the included gift wrapping at Christmas so always buy moms gift there for great wrapping too.

This is a top notch department store. Been in business for many years, and they do it right. You can apply for a no interest credit card which is a bonus. Free wrapping of gifts. HUGE selection of goods. Clothes, shoes, accessories for the whole family. Jewelry. Toys. Housewares. Gifts. Linens. Cosmetics & fragrance. Hand bags. Lingerie. Seasonal Items. A piano plays in the background as you shop 2 floors of beautifully displayed items in a clean store. Women's lounge, men's restroom, several fitting rooms throughout store. Helpful and PROFESSIONAL staff. Plenty of check out areas.

Von Maur has been my favorite store for more than 30 years. You will NEVER find better service than what you get at Von Maur. Their credit card service is top notch, as well as their gift wrapping. I love everything about Von Maur.

Combining exceptional customer service, a superb overall vibe, and a great selection, Von Maur continues to live up to its reputation as the right stop when looking for a good shopping experience. It starts with their tradition of a live piano piano entertaining customers with classics. We heard The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, and so many legendary songs during our visit. Kudos, as the resulting calming was appreciated. A family member was shopping for a formal dress for an upcoming gala, and staffer Carissa was the ultimate assistant, lending her expertise, kind nature, and communication skills to produce a great outcome. This places oozes comfort, but its staff makes the whole visit great with their demeanor and experience. Love their men's clothing options!
